Chilled Matcha Protein Smoothie
A delicious healthy refreshing smoothie!
- 1 cup strong Matcha tea, made from 2 capsules in hot water – frozen into ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (or nut milk)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately
- Garnished with chia seeds & extra flaxseed.
