Chilled Matcha Protein Smoothie

A delicious healthy refreshing smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup strong Matcha tea, made from 2 capsules in hot water – frozen into ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (or nut milk)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately
  • Garnished with chia seeds & extra flaxseed.
