  1. Deep Squats with a weight 3 x 10reps
  2. Explosives step kick ups 3 x 10 reps (each side)
  3. Backs Sliders 3x12 (each leg)
  4. Side Sliders 3x12 (each leg)
  5. Walking Lunges with bar 15 x 3
  6. Free Squats with Swiss ball 20 x 3
  7. Free Squats with a resistance band 20 x3

Jayla is one of our amazing Ambassadors, whilst working crazy hours in the city she still manages to keep up with her gym routine and healthy meal prepping…almost everyday! Allowing for the occasional cheat meal of course 😉
